1. Agreement
By using this website or subscribing to Mike Bzzz Rentals VIP Membership, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.
2. Services
Mike Bzzz Rentals LLC provides short-term vehicle rentals in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. Rentals are arranged via phone or text and are subject to vehicle availability.
3. VIP Membership Subscription
The VIP Membership is a recurring monthly subscription of $9.99/month, billed automatically via Stripe. Membership benefits include discounted rental rates, priority access, and exclusive deals. Benefits are subject to change with notice.
4. Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance to rent a vehicle. Membership subscriptions are available to anyone 18+.
5. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Mike Bzzz Rentals LLC to charge your payment method on a monthly recurring basis until you cancel.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time from the secure Stripe customer portal by logging in on the Members tab and selecting Manage or Cancel Membership. You may also text (804) 729-2812 for help. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mike Bzzz Rentals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior 30 days.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Broward County, Florida.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

VIP Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your $9.99/month VIP Membership at any time through the secure Stripe customer portal. Log in on the Members tab, choose Manage or Cancel Membership, and follow Stripe’s cancellation steps. You can also text (804) 729-2812 with “Cancel Membership” if you need help. Your membership benefits remain active through the end of the current paid period.
Membership Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you are charged in error, contact us within 5 days for a full refund review.
Vehicle Rental Cancellations
Rental cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a one-day rental fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
